DIRECTIONS
Apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.Squeeze out enough suncreen to cover your entire body, about the size of a golf ball. Then, rub it evenly onto your skin, making sure to cover all exposed areas, including ears, neck, and tops of feet. Lastly, reapply every two hours, or more frequently if swimming or sweating heavily, to maintain protection throughout the day.
