Organic carob covered almonds are an irresistible snack with a healthy crunch. Smother and creamier than ordinary carob, this artisan treat is rich with a depth of flavor, crunch and natural sweetness that nourishes the body.

Roasted and ground cocoa beans (cocoa liquor) are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla and refined to reach a smooth 20 micron consistency, conched for 6 to 10 hours.  No maltodextrin to add shine.  Made without lecithin.
